From a teenage Linux admin in Coimbatore to leading a global AI & Hyperautomation practice — I've spent 15+ years turning "that's impossible to automate" into production systems.
Today I'm Capability Lead — AI & OmniFDE at Symprio, an OmniFDE consultant embedding forward-deployed engineering inside enterprises across Asia, the Middle East and the US. I helped build and scale an Automation Centre of Excellence, delivered USD $4M+ in verified savings, and now architect agentic workflows that fuse RPA with Generative AI — local RAG systems, vector search, computer vision and LLM orchestration. I also ship products: HireOps AI (hiring on autopilot) and ZeroKey (LHDN MyInvois e-invoicing), and I designed symprio.com. Outside Symprio I keep building: Codanium, Teman and PettahPro, and I write the Dushy from the Field newsletter. Platform-loyal to nothing, loyal to the problem.
